The Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance, SoloWorks, Concentrix, and their client Intuit have partnered to bring 60 remote work full-time employment opportunities to residents of Doña Ana County.  These positions will allow residents to work from home providing excellent customer service to Intuit's software client base.  Remote working affords you the opportunity to save time and money on daily commutes and gives you the freedom to work in the most comfortable environment you know - your home!

Candidate Skills and Job Duties

  • We are looking for candidates that are high-energy, positive, and have at least 6 months of customer experience.

 

  • Work will be performed using a computer and a headset while having multiple windows open, which will require an intermediate knowledge computer operations.

 

  • Inbound calls will come from small business owners and accountant clients of Intuit and candidates will handle customer support issues related to the software's functions on payroll, taxes, payments, timecards, and reconciliation.

 

  • You do not need to be a business owner or accountant to provide excellent service to the clients!

 

  • Starting pay is $12.75 for full-time, year-round employment.

Required Home Technology

  • Candidates need to have a DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection to their PC.  Satellite internet and cellular hotspot connections are not eligible for this type of work.

 

  • Internet speeds of 5Mbps download and 3Mbps upload with no greater than 150ms latency.

 

 

  • Windows 8.1 or later PC with USB headset and camera.

 

  • Antivirus software installed.
